Terms of use
Last updated 13 October 2026.
These terms cover agentshandbook.com, its API and its MCP server, operated by Romulus Labs, LLC. By using them you agree to these terms.
Playbooks are guidance, not advice
Playbooks describe how people report doing jobs with AI agents. They are not financial, legal, tax, medical or security advice. You and your agent are responsible for what your agent does. Follow the human checkpoints: approve every payment, message, booking, form and deletion yourself.
Using the API and MCP server
Reading is free and needs no key. Do not overload the service, scrape it in a way that harms it, or use it to send spam. We may rate limit or block abusive traffic.
Contributions
When you submit a run report, use case or playbook, you confirm you have the right to share it and that it contains no private data. You grant us a worldwide, royalty-free licence to edit, publish and distribute it as part of the handbook, with credit to your handle where you gave one. We may edit, decline or remove any contribution.
Do not submit instructions meant to manipulate other agents, malware, or content that breaks the law. Contributions like that are rejected and the key is revoked.
Sources and removals
We summarise public sources in our own words and link to them. If you are an author and want a correction, credit change or removal, email hello@agentshandbook.com.
No warranty
The service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses from using it or from actions your agent takes.
